Shipping & Exchange

SHIPPING

With a minimum online purchase of $80, shipping would be free of charge for all customers. 

Depending on your location, shipping durations differ.

For local Singaporean  customers, delivery would take approximately 5-7 days before it reaches you.

For international customers, it may take 2-4 weeks to reach you, after order has been confirmed.

The standard rates are as followsL

$3.50 for small parcels

$4.50 for medium to large parcels

A surcharge of $4 would be inccured for orders below $80

 

EXCHANGE

Our exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and they are, undergarments due to hygiene concerns, unless defective.

We still allow for product exchange for opened packaging for the rest of our apparel, as customers would be able to check for any defects. Furthermore, customers who receive the wrong size or design would be qualified for a product exchange.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanged items must be of the same price or higher.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
